Keep Every Customer Balance Clear.
When you sell on credit, the customer record is as important as the invoice. Tijarat Desk keeps a ledger per customer: every sale, every payment and the balance that remains.
- Customer profiles with contact details
- Running ledger of sales and payments
- Outstanding dues visible at a glance
The problem
Credit sales only work if the balance is trustworthy
Selling on account is normal in retail and wholesale. What causes trouble is not the credit itself but the record-keeping around it: a payment received in cash and never written down, or a balance that only one person remembers correctly.
When balances are uncertain, businesses either chase money they have already been paid or quietly write off amounts they are owed.
What it looks like in practice
- Payments received but not recorded against the right invoice
- Balances that depend on one person's memory
- No quick way to see who is overdue
- Customer purchase history scattered across old bills
How Tijarat Desk handles it
One ledger per customer, updated by the work you already do
Every sale, payment and return involving a customer is written to that customer's record. The balance is therefore a result of transactions rather than a number someone maintains by hand.
That makes it straightforward to review a customer before extending further credit, and equally straightforward to show them exactly how a balance was arrived at.
Balances that reconcile
Every figure in the ledger traces back to a sale, payment or return.
Confident follow-up
Review outstanding dues per customer instead of working from memory.
Better credit decisions
Purchase and payment history is visible before you extend more credit.

Questions
Customers — frequently asked questions
Can I track customer dues in Tijarat Desk?
Yes. Customer balances come from recorded sales, payments and returns, so the outstanding amount for each customer is available from their ledger.
Can a customer pay in instalments?
Partial payments are supported. Each payment reduces the outstanding balance and stays in the customer's payment history.
Do I need to enter the customer for every sale?
Not for walk-in sales. Attaching a customer matters most when the sale involves credit, a due amount or a history you want to keep.
Can I see a customer's full purchase history?
Sales are linked to the customer record, so their previous purchases can be reviewed from their profile and ledger.
